Why these tools work from your export
Instagram lets every account download its own data. That file already holds your followers, the accounts you follow and the follow requests you've sent, so there is no reason to hand your password to an app that logs in as you. The export can't tell you who viewed your profile or who will unfollow you next, and no honest tool claims otherwise.
