Upload the data export Instagram already gives you and instantly see who doesn't follow you back, and who unfollowed you since last time. Nothing touches your account, so nothing can get it flagged.
Other unfollower apps ask for your password. We never do.
Logging in through a third-party app is exactly what gets accounts flagged. Instagram already lets you download your followers and following lists. That is all we need.

Why FindUnfollower
Everything you need, nothing that puts your account at risk
Built around the one thing other tools skip: your account is never touched.
No password needed
We never ask for your Instagram login and never act on your account. You stay in control of your data from start to finish.
Catch unfollowers over time
Every new export is compared with the previous one: unfollowers, gained and lost followers, with a reason where we can tell.
Built for speed
We only read the followers folder inside your export. Your photos, messages and everything else never leave your device.
Deleted after parsing
The raw export is removed as soon as it has been read. Only the usernames needed for your results are kept, scoped to you.
Pricing
Simple, yearly pricing

No. FindUnfollower never logs in to Instagram, never automates anything and never touches your account. You download your own data export from Instagram and upload the file to us. That is a feature Instagram provides to every user, and reading your own copy of it cannot trigger a ban.
What's the difference between a non-follower and an unfollower?
A non-follower is someone you follow who does not follow you back right now. An unfollower is someone who followed you in a previous export but no longer does. Your first upload shows non-followers; unfollowers appear from your second upload onwards, because we need two snapshots to compare.
Why must the date range be All time?
Instagram's export defaults to “Last year”, which silently truncates your followers list to people who followed you in the past 12 months. Your following list stays complete, so the difference looks like hundreds of non-followers who actually do follow you. Choosing All time gives the complete list. We detect a truncated export and warn you before showing numbers.
Do you store my export?
Only briefly. Your browser extracts just the followers-and-following files and uploads those; the raw file is deleted as soon as it has been parsed. We keep the usernames needed to show your results and to compare future uploads, scoped to your account. Uploads that fail to parse are kept for up to 7 days so we can fix the bug, then deleted. Deleting your account deletes everything.
Is there a mobile app?
Coming soon. FindUnfollower works in any mobile browser today: request the export in the Instagram app, open the download link on your phone and upload the ZIP from your files app.
How accurate is it?
As accurate as Instagram's own export, which is the source of truth for your account. We compare the following list with the followers list exactly. The only common source of confusion is the date range described above, which we check for you.
