How to choose
- Does it want your Instagram password or a connected account? If you'd rather not, rule out apps and stick to export-based tools.
- Does it keep history? Only a comparison of two snapshots shows who unfollowed you. A tool that claims to do it from one export is guessing.
- Does it promise the impossible? Profile viewers and “who will unfollow you” are not in any Instagram data. Treat those claims as a warning sign.
- What does it do with your file? Look for a plain statement of what is uploaded and when it is deleted. Ours is on the privacy page.

What's the best Instagram unfollower tracker for iPhone or Android?
If you are willing to connect your account, phone apps can refresh on their own. If you are not, a web tracker that reads your Instagram export works in Safari or Chrome on any phone: request the export in the Instagram app, then open the ZIP from the Files app. No app install and no login.
Is there an unfollower tracker for PC that isn't a Chrome extension?
Yes. Export-based web trackers, FindUnfollower included, run in any desktop browser. Extensions work inside your logged-in Instagram session, which is convenient but means software you installed acts on your account.
Are free unfollower trackers safe?
The safe ones never ask for your Instagram password and read the export Instagram gives you. Be wary of any tool that wants your login, promises to show profile viewers, or claims to tell you who unfollowed you from a single snapshot.
Do I need a subscription?
